Dr Batool Nadim
Dr Batool Nadim is a female specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She graduated from Baghdad University /IRAQ she hold an advanced diploma degree in obstetrics and gynecology and obtained the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology from the Australian and new Zealand college of obstetrician and gynecologist 2015.
Dr Nadim has worked in several countries overseas especially in the Middle East area. In 2004 she has migrated to Australia and worked in different tertiary level hospitals across Queensland and New south wales.
Dr Nadim is highly qualified in both obstetrics and gynecology . She has a extensive experience in managing high risk pregnancy and early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy .She has particular interest is performing minimally invasive gynecological surgery with experience in treating patient with endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding. Batool also has great experience in ultrasound both obstetrics and gynecology with special focus on transvaginal scanning for pelvic pain and endometriosis.
In addition to being a busy mother with three children, Batool’s enthusiasm, passion and commitment to the profession did not stop her from being a presenter in several international and national conferences . She is currently finalizing her PhD thesis at university of Sydney where she has been working as a clinical lecturer since 2013. During that time she has been awarded the best teaching and mentor awards several times.
